For the treatment of cold sores (herpes simplex) of the lips and face.  Clinical studies show that early treatment (at the tingle phase)with Zovirax can stop a cold sore appearing. 

If your cold sore has already appeared then treatment with Zovirax can speed up the healing process.  Easy rub-in formula.

Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if;

• You are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are breast feeding,
• You have a condition or are recieving treatment which weakens your immune system,
• Your cold sore is particularly severe,
• You are unsure if your cold sore is a cold sore.

Do not use inside the mouth, in or near the eyes or on genitals.
